THURSDAY NIGHT BANQUET
– Theme:  Welcome to Wonderland:  An Unbirthday Celebration

Bring your best Cheshire smile and dress as a character from Alice in Wonderland!
We’ll have Open Mike, games and other surprises!

Following the banquet, Jill and Robin of Prince Puppets will be in the classroom, for those that didn’t bring a hat or wish to embellish the one you have, offering a make and take headbands and/or hats workshop for Friday Night’s Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. ($20.00 Materials’ fee, sign up at the registration table.)

FRIDAY NIGHT BANQUET – Theme:  Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

Please wear a hat worthy of attendance at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, the fancier or crazier the better!
We’ll have an Alice in Wonderland tea and a great show by Rotto.

SATURDAY NIGHT BANQUET – Theme:  The Queen of Hearts Ball

You are invited to The Queen of Hearts Ball.  Please wear your fanciest dress, something worthy of attendance at the Queen of Hearts Ball.  You may also want to wear a crown fit for Royality.  When selecting your outfit for the evening, keep in mind the Queen’s favorite color is RED!
Our headliner will be Jaquan Fields, aka Quany the Clown.

As always, we’ll honor our veterans and have the annual installation of MACA officers.

The schedule is listed per day, below. Any changes will be made here up until the start of the conference, or then will be made available at the conference itself. Sign up for open mic and breakout sessions at registration.

Registration begins Wednesday evening. The registration desk is then available each day.

Register for the convention on TicketSpice, an external site. Rates listed below, fees from TicketSpice do apply. To send via the mail (rather than TicketSpice), use this form, and mail the form and payment to the address listed on the form. To receive the early bird rate, the mailing must be postmarked by June 14th.

There is a $25 processing fee for cancellations made before 10/1/25, and no refunds will be made after that date.

Face painting supplies and latex products will be used and sold at this convention.

Hotel Information

Rooms are available at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg, PA. Booking through the links below will give both the convention rate, as well as free breakfast tickets, per the type of room (single = 1; double = 2; triple = 3). Additional guests are allowed in the room, but will not receive breakfast tickets, though breakfast can be purchased in the restaurant. If your dates for staying vary, adjust them as needed.

Important hotel details: If you make reservations through Sunday and check out earlier, you will be charged a $50 fee. Reservations made through 3rd party sites do not receive breakfast tickets. You must reserve before 10/31/25 to be assured the rates listed above. The Red Lion chain 800 number may not the convention rates.
